What's new in the enrollment for Spring 2008? Please view the 4 changes below:
- For return students: No forms need to be filled out. Please check and update your existing information upon registration.
- There is a new after-school program: Creative English Writing class: Pilot program. This has been communicated with you in last email.
- Tuition fee for Chinese Gongfu is $120 per semester if pre-registered.
- there is $10 non-refundable processing fee ( including the text books) applied to all the withdrawals. The parents will be asked to sign to accept this new refund policy upon registration.
Pre-registration for Spring Semester 2008 will be held on the following Sundays at the Chinese School:
- Dec. 2 (this coming Sunday)
- Dec. 9
- Dec 16 ( last day for pre-registration).
New Registration Procedure
- Only NEW students need to complete the registration forms. Forms are available at the registration desk.
- For returning students, you will need to verify and do appropriate changes in the preprinted registration information document at the registration desk.
- All the parents will be asked to sign to accept the new refund policy.
School Fees for Spring Semester 2008 for both new and returning students:
- Registration on/before 16 Dec 2007: $130.00 (Includes Tuition,Textbooks and other teaching materials)
- Registration after 16 Dec 2007: $150.00 (Includes Tuition,Textbooks and other teaching materials).

School Fees Refund Policy
New: there is $10 non-refundable processing fee ( including text books) to be applied to all the withdrawals.
Withdrawals made:
- -1st and 2nd sessions: Full refund, minus $ 10 processing fee
- -3rd to 8th session: 50% Refund, minus $ 10 processing fee.
- -After 8th session: No Refund

After-school Program/Activities
You may also register your child/children for after-school activities during pre-registration. There is a limit to the class size in some programs and therefore enrollment will be based on a first-come first-serve basis. Please view attachment for Information regarding the after-school program. If the enrollment is made after Dec. 16, 2007, there is extra $20 charge for each class. We encourage you to enroll the programs during pre-registration, this will help teachers and us do appropriate arrangement. Parent Duty
It is mandatory that every family do parent duty for at least one Sunday per semester. Please write a separate check of $25.00 for your parent-duty deposit during pre-registration. The check will be returned to you on the day of your duty.
To help process the return of the checks to you in a timely manner, please have the following information written on the back of the check:
- your child's name
- your phone number
- your email address

- Completed Student Release Consent Form
- Completed Email Address Update Form
- Verify and update your existing information ( for return students only)
- A check of $130.00 payable to ICCCI (for Tuition,textbooks and other materials)
- A separate check of $25.00 payable to ICCCI (for parent duty deposit)
- Check out and sign up after-school program if interested.
